On a sunny Sunday morning at Stanborough, Wodson Park year 6 Navy took to the court against Storm Red.

From the very start the team's defence shone through with Rosa Epstein and Cara Conway - Baker stopping Storm from taking the ball to goal ending the first quarter 5-0

During the next quarter Wodson kept the pressure on , passing accurately around the circle, increasing their lead to 10-2. With a combination of Abigail Harwood's immense passing and Halle Awotar's great court coverage and the winning of two toss-ups ensured the ball stayed in our half. Throughout the game Marni Kennedy and Jasmine Aiken linked play down the court beautifully, showing determination at all times .

Eliza Pettit and Ellie Bostock read each other so well throughout the game with a phenomenal bounce pass into Ellie leading to a goal that shocked all watching the game.
