U12 Navy continued their winning streak last night playing against U11 Navy.

A lovely atmosphere and game played in good spirit saw the two teams all warming up together which set the tone for a well contested match played with great sportsmanship.

A strong start saw the U12’s take an early lead with some simple well executed turnovers which were soundly converted, score 7-2.

A continued and improved second saw the girls widen the gap into the third quarter where scores stood at 16-6.

However, this was the classic game of two halves and U11 Navy rallied in the last two quarters and started to come back capitalising on the errors which were creeping into a now tired looking U12’s game.

The strong start however had given U12 Navy the margin they needed luckily to hold onto the win finishing the match at 20-14.
